Jesse Hillock a dear friend of VCJTA. Jesse was very involved

with Santa Barbara Tennis Patrons and also a USTA umpire who was, for years, in charge

of staffing each VCJTA tournament with an official. Many times we were lucky to have

Jesse himself. By the end of the day Jesse knew each player by name

and always remembered them at the next tournaments.
